Not quite-- In Tx the "legal" SOL starts from the last payment made directly to the OC, (not through CCCS).

If the account was in arrears, (late payments etc.) when she started with CCCS,she needs to figure when she made the last payment HERSELF.

It would probably be easier for her to get her Experian report and see for herself what the "removal date" is for the account.Deduct 3 years and 1 month from that date and you would get the date of SOL.
