So, if I understand correctly, I won't see a judge at the Pre-Trial, just a court apointed arbitrator that will assume I am already guilty and try to make me deal with the Attorney?

What happens when I flat out deny the allegation and demand that the Attorney and Citibank put up some real evidence?

Also, does anyone have experience asking for a continuance in TX? Can I just draft a letter or will I need to go into court and ask for it? Can I ask to postpone the Pre-trial? Can I do this several times?
