One of my employees have a child cupport garnishment taken out of their check weekly. We have recieved another garnishment to be deducted also. I was told that I (the employer) am allowed to take a 25% fee from the employee the is being deducted. Is this true and if so could you send me something stating that this is not illegal. The county is Bibb County, could you also see if it goes the same with Jones County??
