It's not that easy!! Do you have a discover, MBNA, or Cap 1 card? They are relatively quick to sue after chargeoff. If you seriously are living hand to mouth and paycheck to paycheck, then bk may be the best solution for you to consider at this point. When you are discharged, you have a clean slate.
