I have a BIG Ohio page on my website - with ALL the Ohio statutes to PROVE credit cards are "open-end" accounts.

In addition, there is a link on the bottom of my website with complete instructions for answering a time-barred (past SOL) lawsuit.

Plus, the plaintiff needs to have SOME proof of their claim.
