I don't think you should talk to them on the phone any more, unless you are taping the calls, (tell them you are taping and ask them to speak clearly) If they have filed suit in Small Claims Court, I don't think they CAN have a lawyer represent them-- check with the clerk of courts. I think you should file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office and POSSIBLY the local law enforcement, (Sheriff's Office) for harrassment and attempted extortion by fraudulent means.
