I have been told to file a BK petition when creditors get me to court. This causes a dismissal or a stay in the court proceedings. Afterwards, I cancel or just fail to submit a plan to the trustee and the BK gets cancelled. Supposedly works for Chap. 13 but I don't know about 7.

Been told some courts could put an order disallowing you from filing BK again for up to 180 Days. In this time every creditor that finds out you've cancelled BK can try to get you into court.

Anyone tried this or have experience with cancelled BK?
