My sister's method (before she filed BK) - she'd answer the phone:

"City Morgue, you stab 'em, we slab 'em" -that got a few confused apologies and many hang-ups.

and she had a few others like that..

"Sheriff's office, you nail 'em, we jail 'em"

CA just didn't know what to do with those answers... LOL.
