NSF Collection Showing on CR ....

from a company called Certegy. I attempted to pay my cell phone bill online last year and for some reason my bank account rejected the payment (but the money was there) ... anyway, it has ended up on my report as a chargeoff. I have disputed with Equifax, it remains, what is the next step? Do I send a letter requesting who verified the debt? Thanks!
