sherman is lying. the burden of proof is on them. IF they do not respond in 30 days send them another validation letter giving them 15 days to remove it. then file complaints with the bbb, your attorney general, and the AG in their state. Keep in mind it is illegal for her to try and collect after you ask for validation of the account. It is illegal for them to verify the account without marking it in dispute. Wait for the bbb complaint to be resolved and then send a 48 hour intent to sue letter then sue them.
