NO! The SOL on suing to collect on a debt as old as that expired a LONG time ago. RI is the only state with a 10yr SOL, so unless that's where you are, or she is, send her a copy of WhyChat's expired SOL/Cease and Desist letter and make the slimey CA get lost. Lets see.. CAMCO or WhiteWing attempting to collect ??? Or perhaps ASS-et Acceptance ??
