Trying not to admit the debt it is mine is going to be a tough trick though. The lawyer did send me a copy of the application that I signed, and the CA sent me several statements last year. How do I get around not admitting the debt is mine when they have proof that it is, and sent me that proof? Any way around that without purguring myself in court?
