website. Very wonderful group of people to give of
themselves so much. I've been visiting this site off and
on ever since we got ourselves in this mess, when Dh
lost his job, over a year ago, now.

Anyway, we got the letter at my MIL's, to whose address
we've been having our mail forwarded (so yes, it was
through a USPS change of address forward; "last
known address" is in NY). She's also in NY (and we
used to be in NY). She relayed the info to me via email.
So, even with that, they could only sue us in NY, is that
correct?
