If you are referring to the SOL for being sued in Utah, there is only ONE way to "reset" the SOL, in ANY State, and that is to enter into a NEW contract.

Any payment through a CCC UNLESS the account was NOT delinquent when you entered into the arrangement, AND the OC agreed to consider the payments from CCC as on time payments, will not "redate" the SOL.

The simplest way to determine this, in most cases, is to see how it is being reported on your Experian report. The "removal" date = 7 years from the start of SOL.
