I am having trouble with my mortgage company. I was behind on a bill. A rep left a message with my husband and i had not had a chance to return the call. The following day the same man left a message on my answering machine(which does not id as our resident's just a general message) the message stated that my husband was not intellgient enough to give me the message he would leave another one. The next day while I had company over the man called again and left a message stating that since i was igorning him he was going to igorn me and start litgation against me and i would have 30 days to get out the house or i would physical be removed. During all this time i have dealing with my husband who is bi-polar and suscidal and dealing with my own depression for all of this. Would this a case were i could sue? I work in collection and i know i would have left a message like that i would have fired. I am also aware that you can sue the indiviual collector up to 5 times worth their value to the company they collect for. COuld you help me know if i have a case or not. Thanks
