Do not open the letter unless it is too late. Keep it whole. Unclaimed is the same as if they received it. Send another one certifed giving them 15 days. Unless you have make your complaints with the bbb, the attorney general in your state, and the AG in their state. Make that papertrail so you can railroad them in court.
