$1 Charge Off from Fingerhut

I recently got a copy of my credit report and there is a charge off of $1.00 from Fingerhut. I called Fingerhut and was told to fax them a letter disputing the charge. I faxed them a letter on the 10th and have not heard from them at all. It's on my report as a F9 and it's for just $1.00!!! When I paid off the account, if I still owed a dollar, why didn't they say anything? Is there anything I can do?
