I can't remember if it was delinquent when I started payment through ccc. My credit reports it as a Charge-off more than four years ago. I also have a question about tolling. I moved from Utah to California about the same time as the charge-off. If Utah has tolling for being absence from state, does that mean the statue of limitations never tick if I don't move back to Utah?
