It should be vacated, i.e. erased from the records. Check with the Courthouse to make sure it has been done,get a certified copy of the order reversing and vacating the judgment and send copies to all 3 CRA's.

That is assuming it is NOW on your credit reports. If it is NOT on your reports, keep the certified copies just in case some error shows up later on.
