Be VERY careful.
If you have knowledge of assets that will be transferred to you,and do not disclose this in your BK filing, the filing COULD be disputed by your creditors even after your discharge on the grounds of fraud.

You are MUCH safer either waiting until you are past SOL,or seeing an asset protection lawyer to find a safer way to accomplish the transfer.
