If you have no assets in your name and only debts, you want chapter 7.

If it's ONLY credit card debt you can probably use one of the cheaper places that use paralegals to do all the work.

Make SURE THAT YOU HAVE ALL OF YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBERS, CREDIT CARD COMPANIES, COLLECTION AGENCIES - WHATEVER - so that you don't miss claiming one of your debts.
