Why Chat makes a good point. Even if you use a paralegal/attorney office, make sure that you speak with THE ATTORNEY PERSONALLY to ask about your father transferring property to you after your bk is concluded.

Hopefully, the property is NOT something that was yours, you transferred it to him to avoid having assets and now, after filing bk, he's going to transfer back to you.
