Utah Code 78-12-35 Something else that may be of interest.
Actions barred in other states barred here.
Utah Code 78-12-45 Seems to suggest I can use other states statue of limitation depending on where I lived when the charge-off occured. I wish I could find the annotated Utah Code online without paying big $$$
