Hi all....

Heres the deal. I live in PA. Have a credit card that shows chageoff on 9/2000 according to my Experian credit report. I fully understand PA has a SOL for these accounts of 4 years. That would make my SOL defense good around 4/2004.

I was sued in local court by a collection lawyer on 6/2003. I showed...he didnt. I won by default.

The lawyer appealed and I answered (Thank you WHY CHAT and Lady in Red for the links how to prepare an answer.) I have heard nothing for almost a month. PA statue says an appeal will be handled by an arbitration panel of 3 lawyers but doesnt give info on his timeframe to respond to my answer. Anyone know this info???
