Thank you Why Chat!! I just did not grasp the concept about the first date they had a cause. I understand that now, and why the paymetns after the charge off do not enter the equation. That first date would be back in July of 1998, the last pmt I made prior to their Jan 1999 letter that the account had been written off. I will let you know how this all turns out. Should be a slam dunk, but one never knows. Thanks again.
