I have two bank accounts, one is a standard checking and the other is a money market account to trake securities. Is there a way for my creditors and or collection agencies to find out about them? They both have a large sum in them. I spoke to both banks and they told me that the only way they can find out about them and access them is with a court order and they will not give them access without my approval regardless of the approval from the court. Any advice and or comments would be greatly appreciated!
