Settled With CA

I recently finished paying a settlement about 60% of what I owed. Now the CA has not sent me a satisfaction letter. Unfortunately, I did not get the settlement offer in writing before I made the payments (I did not find this website until recently). It has not updated on my credit report as settled. I have asked them several times for the letter but it never seems to arrive. Is there anything I can do to get them to write and send the letter of satisfaction? Thanks, M
