I'm so sick of this. Why Chat helped us get rid of this repo in November of last year. Fast forward to April of this year. Colorado Capital reporting profit and Loss now paying with a $5800 balance. Incorrect first of all, because the suit was dismissed, and we paid $1000 before dismissal and it shows the full amount of the deficit. Disputed it twice and in the meantime contacted the BBB with a complaint, and received a response from Colo Cap that we sent them a C&D (which we did, in addition to validation of the repo and sale, which they "forgot" to mention to the BBB) and they would now garnish DH's wages. I sent the BBB a copy of the letter to the atty with the val. included, a copy of the dismissal from the court, and a copy of a letter from gulf state stating they had purchased the account from colorado capital. They were due to respond to the BBB no later than last friday. I called the BBB this morning and she haad received NO RESPONSE to the info I sent her, and she forwarded on to them. They have verified they are reporting correctly on TU. Is it time for an ITS to colorado capital? The lady at the BBB is gonna call TU directly, and see if she can straighten this out, as they didn't accept my documentation I sent to them. If I do send an ITS, is it strictly $1000 for the violations?
