My card was was seriously delinquent and I brought it back to current. Just got off the phone with Citi. I called today and asked for a settlement offer, and they said that they would not make any because the account is now current. Do I need to let it become delinquent again in order to get a settlement offer? Is it me, or does that not make sense? Thanks everyone.
