I never knew how much CA's were scumbags, liars, cheats...after reading this board, researching my rights and hearing other peoples stories....I'm amazed...I have until the end of this month to be past the SOL on the debts I have....The collector from this last agency told me the SOL was 7 years and they had 7 years to sue...he tried to be friendly...telling a joke even....but within all the attempts at humor....all the lies, threats and such.....I have decided that if they do sue on this last account...I'll wait until they have spent a few more bucks....then file BK......but out of principal I will not pay these parasites a penny.....I'll keep ya'll informed as to if a lawsuit is filed....
