Can bank accounts be frozen in California? Does filing a BK remove judgments? As far as criteria if we decide to have a child, which we will soon our left over income will go down substantially. I will quit my job, then we would be prime for BK7 but that could be a year off or so. What will happen to my small business? It only generattes about 35-70 per month. Expenses are $120. It could take years before it generates any good income considering I started it only 2 years ago. Would I have to close it if I files BK. I could reopen it under a new name and continue? How would that work? Im not selling it or quitting it ever. Its my life dream and I will continue it because in 5-10 years from now I will make more money than my husband makes working full time.
