I think you're probably prime for BK 7 now, but the expense of a child will certainly kill that disposable income. However, you'd likely be in better shape to provide for your new family if you ditch the debt NOW.

You can likely keep your small business w/o losing a thing. Is it incorporated ? How is it classified ?
