I posted here about two weeks ago regarding Citibank (South Dakota) and credit card (paid charge off)reaging.

Sent fax on 7/19, showing that Experian received an update in April 2003, telling Experian that said account "was closed" in April 2003.

Citi verbally told me later that date that "no, Experian does not know what thery are talking about, the account was charged off in 1997".

Received a "screw you" form letter from Citi today, stating that "the information appearing on your credit records is correct".

Experian was very helpful, and clearly stated that the Citi report shows a history of the account being "closed in August of 2000" and "closed again in April of 2003".

Obviously re-aging. Obviously time for me to drop by Small Claims part later today to file Summons and Complaint.

Anyone with experience out there with same? If they try to remove to U.S. District Court, I'll live.

Any quick citation to applicable section of Title 15 of U.S.Code to cite in my Complaint?

Thanks for any assistance.
