Definitely clear up the situation with Citibank. I can't believe that it could even be referred to collections even 30 days past due. Either they made a mistake or you might have overlooked something.

If you are in California and you want to do something with GC Services email me at Law5411@aol.com It is definitely a violation of the FDCPA to give account information to a third party. Also, Have you EVER gotten anything in writing from GC? If so, when?

State something in the subject line that will tell me who you are. I delete and report spam if I do not recognize or did not request the email.
