Debt negotiation,settlement, consolidation and repair companies are all BAD for your credit rating. It is seen as a red flag that you're in trouble (at the very least). Not to mention the fact that MOST of these places are nothing more than SCAMs and will buy you a 1-way ticket to bankruptcy and/or court for being sued !!
