ill do my best with a long story short . my credit is oh my gosh awefully bad with chargeoffs from about 9 mo ago . i went for a routine surgery into a local hospital but becouse of medical malpractice from my doctor i almost died & needed a total of 3 surgeries to correct his origional screwup without ever leaving the hospital for almost 3 weeks before able to return home . after much thought an attorney took my case on a 40 % to him if he wins basis but today i was sent all kinds of papers by his office from the doctors attorney for something called discovery with all kinds of very very personal questions . heres my question , can the doctors attorney find out about all my credit problems becouse of this discovery & how would that affect me if he does ????????? whychat you seem so very smart & any info would help me oh so much , im scared im still physically injured not yet able to fully get around on my own but mostly like i say im scared becouse i feel like im the bad person here when im the one whos injured still . please help me if u can . thankyou jody , ps im in california .
