Do not "assume" anything, you are incorrect.It should be 7 years after her FIRST delinquency, (late payment). Which also is the start of her legal SOL, on average 6 months PRIOR to chargeoff date. Do not send anyone anything until you make sure she is past the SOL, legal collection period.
