call the finance company and let them know that you are calling the car rental for rates per day you are being deprived of your car. AND... the car needs to be returned back to where you left it. Key word.. Undamaged. Mechanic of your choosing may find transmission problems from being drug if towed improperly.If you were in fact not behind then you have an excellent case for a lawsuit or major butt kissing to stop you from suing. This is the most dreaded thing for a repo company after the fear of someone getting hurt.
