Hi Scott, Can you expand on that statement? I have been wondering about that because I've seen case law, albeit from different states, that supports either position--$1,000 per violation and $1,000 per case? What's the foundation? The statute is less than clear because technically each violation could be its own suit in a way... Thanks! -ET
