Expenses in Chapter 13

Why would my atty tell me my business expenses would not be allowed if I filed Chatper 13? They also said we could not have expenses such as internet or cell phones. These are detrimental to to survival of my business and any future income which the creditors would get anyway. Its a small sole proprietor and doesnt quite make enough to cover is advert expenses but in a year or so it will. She said I would have to come up with the money on my own or cut my other expenses down. FavSlave
