The idiots are STILL after you for a discharged debt ??? Did you write the letter I suggested threatening them with Contempt ? I understand being tired of fighting these law-breaking scumbags, and lawyers, as overwhelmed as they are with bk's, can be unsympathetic. So, what you need first is a petition to re-open your bankruptcy case. The BK court may be able to provide you with the forms. If not, I'm certain we can dig one up somewhere. I can give you a link to the forms for filing the Motion for Contempt against this dumb-azz collector. Ask the clerk at the BK court about that too. Make SURE you tell the clerk that a collector is continuing to harrass you over a DISCHARGED debt, despite your sending them notification.
