I got a copy of all her credit reports and none of them say when the debt is to be removed. What Asset has done is put on her report that the account was just open on January 2003!!! how can they do that? they even put that the last payment she made was this past february for 32 dollars!!! those sharks!
For asking them to validate the debt is there a special letter I should follow? if there is could you give me the link to your site?
