You do not want to "request validation" in Court, that is another matter completely.

If the original creditor is not showing up on the credit reports, it eans the account defaulted over 7 years ago.

Print up the stuff from my website as I told you, request they prove their CLAIM with proof of the ORIGINAL ACCOUNT from the ORIGINAL CREDITOR not their BS garbage. They need to also prove they have a right to file the suit, which means they must show the assignment or sale of the account to them.

Your mother's home is compleely safe from any lien.

She actually has a VERY good case against A$$ininine for damages under the Fl consumer protection laws and laws against defrauding the elderly.You should check with legal aid.
