I have followed your advise earlier and prepared a statement of debts/income and normal expeneses to file chapter 7 and i have an appt in the morning, do I have to mention I took out the 401k loan?, I did already note that the 401k account has zero dollars to access..i don't want to get myself in any more hot water than I am in...when I got the loan I did not know I would be filing
