I got the message from patti. I also need to know if they can legally put 14 & 15 year old accounts on my present gas bill which they did. I told cust serv rep about statute of limitations he said not for utility bill that is still in their system. i also wrote them a letter disputting added charges and they still threaten to disconnect me on august 12th.
