Oh, no prob. NOW I see the distinction too cuz most of the case law I've been researching is $1,000 per case...but I have been researching FDCPA because I am waiting for my child tax rebate [advance on next year's tax return] check to pull my credit reports, if I have enough left after all the back-to-school and child-related expenditures! If my credit reports say what I think they will, then the $1,000 per violation may come into play.
