Being sued by capital one

I got a summons from a lawyer that Iam being sued. I answered the complaint.But i was wondering my husband gets social serurity and va benifits. I know that these are exempt from being granished.I own a house. But its built on leased land. The land is in my mother-n-laws name. We have no beed or mortage on the house.We pay the taxes on it.We have 2 cars and their in my husbands name.Can they take any of our house hold things if they get a jugdement?
