There are no assets, no house! Just our meager checking accounts and a home business account with $75 buck in it. I'm just worried about a judgement and one of our wages or bank accounts seized. Thats all we have to protect. The home business is not worth anything and doesn't generate more that $30 in income a month if that. As we stand now we have 1,000 left over without paying any creditors. If we decide on making payment to creditors, there goes our $1,000. But does a judgement mean you have to stop paying all other creditors and pay only the one for judgement or do the payments for the others stay in your budget?
