I'm getting phone calls and notices in the mail for debts that are over the SOL. I know the SOL is way past. My questions are should I respond and ask for validation? Would that open a new can of worms by responding ? I also noticed that they put inquiries on my credit report. Can they do that? How do I get them off my credit report? Thanx for your help.
