lawsuit, repossed car, Florida
I went to the court to search the case file and I didn't see any notification from the plaintiff letting me know about the defficiency, and the possibility for me to redeem the car at the time of the repossesion.
I don't recall if I received something like that.
If they did notified me, is this paper suppossed to be in the court files?
... or the plaintiff keep this evidence for the day of the trial?
I need to know this to base my deffense in lack of knowledge about the resale of the car.
